Sussy leads HR programs and projects, conducts research to identify issues, and provides advice and recommendations for resolving daily HR challenges. She formulates strategic plans, assists in recruitment and training, and implements HR technology. She also ensures that our colleagues maintain a culture of kindness and are always supported by the senior leadership team.
