Carolyn brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry in the UK, and is responsible for developing, improving, and implementing operations and execution plans to meet our company goals. She manages the day-to-day operations of every department, establishing company policies, implementing necessary changes, and adhering to compliance procedures, laws, and regulations of the markets we operate in. She consistently evaluates the company’s performance through reports that assist management in goal setting, promoting company growth, and forecasting trends and patterns of the company and marketplace.

She is also responsible for managing finances, developing, monitoring, and analysing the company’s budgets and financial reports. She ensures that the firm has a robust financial plan for increasing revenue margins and allocates the company’s resources, materials, and equipment to the most productive functions. These operational strategies ensure that the firm minimises losses and increases our employee’s productivity.

Education: City University (1997) Basic Computer Knowledge in computer studies and Microsoft packages.

Certifications: Oakland College, Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate. Achievement: I gained excellent catering managerial skills and food and hygiene and safety skills.
